Sunday Routes & Times

Our desire is to serve the community of Blair and the surrounding area, giving everyone an opportunity to be a part of something spectacular.

NUmber one

The church bus/van will run every Sunday morning between the hours of 8:30 am and 9:30 am.  Our returning route will be between 12:15 pm and 1:30 pm

NUmber Two

Before your child rides the bus, a permission slip must be filled out which is located at the bottom of this page. Any child under the age of 18 must have their legal guardian or parents sign and fill out our bus riders consent form before they ride on Sunday mornings.

In order to ride the bus, children must be age 4 or older. If child is younger than 4, a parent or guardian must accompany them.  Parents are always encouraged to attend our church services and are welcome at any time!

Children in the 2nd grade and under must/will be accompanied by a bus captain or bus runner for your convenience and peace of mind. Any child 3rd grade or above can come to the bus by themselves while still under parental or adult supervision.

Transportation Liability Waiver Form

Our Purpose
1. We purpose in our hearts to help reach out into our community.
2. To invite and transport children, teens, and young people to a place they can receive the love of Jesus and build a relationship with him firsthand.
3. To fulfill the commandment of Jesus (Matthew 28:20) (Luke 14:23) and build the Kingdom of Heaven, while making our community a better and more loving place!
Parental Attendance Agreement

I understand the purpose and beliefs of Trinity Holiness Church, also known as Highpointe Ministries.  If my child should not participate in any activities, I have listed those activities in the note section of this form. If my child has medical conditions which may be relevant to a physician in the event of an emergency, I have listed them in the allergies section of this form.
In the event an emergency occurs, I can be reached at the telephone number/s listed in the emergency contract section of this form. If I cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time, I hereby authorize the adult sponsor, Tanner and/or Katie Cross, to make emergency medical decisions for my child.
Understanding this, I give my permission for my child, , to ride the bus and to attend services at Trinity Holiness Church and to be taught the Bible.
I understand and hereby agree to assume all of the risks which may be encountered on said activities, including activities preliminary and subsequent thereto. I do hereby agree to hold Trinity Holiness Church and its agents and employees, harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, expenses, and damages on account of injury to my child or property, even injury resulting in death, which my child now has or which may arise in the future in connection with the activity or participation in any other associated activities.
I expressly agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Oklahoma, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. This release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.
